Anyone know what the limit is for multiple shipping addresses one account can have?

No limits AFAIK ( I haven't examined the code though), but only 1 can be used per order. - How many are you thinking of?

I have a new client with 50+ condo locations spread across the US. So each separate order would be going to a different locale.

Sounds to me like your customer should have your name "BigOrder" :-)

I don't believe this will be a problem.
