Some of the shipping services that I have set are not showing up when customers try to calculate shipping costs (or when they proceed to checkout). I have checked several service selections for UPS, USPS, and FedEx but on numerous occasions only UPS and FedEx show up.
I am also concerned that some of my products that weigh less than 1oz are not charging shipping. I have entered the units it takes for the item to make up 1lb (as it lists under the weight and shipping option), but there is a concern as the total weight is listed as 0lb when the customer is inthe checkout. Any help would be much appreciated.
EDIT: To be more specific, and if it is any help solving the problem, it appears to be recently added products in particular (anything from this category for example: http://www.jubilibeadsandyarns.com/productcart/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=144 - http://www.jubilibeadsandyarns.com/productcart/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=144 ) that do not display USPS as an option.
EDIT AGAIN: To narrow things down even more, it would appear that the two problems are connected. When a product that weighs less than 1oz (which all of the new products do), there is no option for USPS. However, when enough of those products are added to make the total weight at least 1oz, USPS becomes available. Is there a way to make USPS available for items that weigh less than 1oz without ordering multiple quantities of them?
