In dire need of help!!!  I am switching our ProductCart license to a new installation of PC on another web hosting company's servers. I need to know what steps I need to take to close out the "old" ProductCart on the old web host so that the license will work on the "new" ProductCart with our new hosts. I have the database from the old cart copied over to the new cart (so as not to lose data & products), but I can't access the new cart's administration system because of the pre-existing cart on the old web server. Please, if someone could post here or send me a PM regarding the steps I need to take to deactivate the old PC and reactivate the license on the new server/copy of PC, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for the URL pointing to the wiki article.
I don't understand what "close the store" entails. I have had the store on the old server set to "off" since Friday (10/9/09) afternoon, yet when I try to login to the new store, I still get the error that a previous store is active on another server.
