I have been a ProductCart developer for about 7 years, but for some reason I can't remember if PC has a setting for a minimum shipping charge. It would seem this would be the case. I am setting up a basic custom shipping option which is percentage based on order amount, but I need there to be a minimum charge of $6.95 for shipping. The normal percentage is 10% of the order amount, with free shipping over $350. Any ideas how to do this through the admin, or am I going to have to custom write code?

it's not in the system. Definitely a good idea. We'll add it to the list for a future version. Kind of strange that it's never come up before!
