Is anyone else having customer problems going to the order confirmation page when placing an order?

The customer gets to the payment information and clicks on Place Order but either receives an error page or it just hangs forever.  The order order actually does come through. We see it in the Control Panel and the customer can go to their order history and it is there as well.

The customers all seem to be using Firefox and we do offline CC processing.

We are also seeing our browser hang frequently in the Control Panel with Firefox as well.  The screen never refreshes after hitting the submit to update any process, such as creating a shipping label.
