We are having serious performance issues, especially since we upgraded to version 4. I don't necessarily feel it is an Early Impact issue but I would like to know where I can get some guidelines on what the best setting are for a web server that is running ProductCart.

Hi Desiree,
(1) Can you give an example of some of the performance issues you are having? In ProductCart v4 we actually made performance improvements in a number of areas, so that should not be the culprit. Still, let's start by reviewing where these issues are occurring.
(2) If you are on a shared Web server and/or a shared MS SQL server, performance issues might be completely unrelated to your account (something else is slowing down the Web server and/or the database server). Contact the Web hosting company to have them take a look and see if they can spot any issues.
