Because we want to use the admin panel in German we did rename the buttons. For example the SAVE button. After renaming it the buttons lose their functions.
In which file we need to make the changes?

I'm not sure why you rename the buttons, since they are images.  All you need is a paint program and create a new image.  You open the button image for the save button and change the text on it to Speichern.  Then you save the image with the same file name and upload it in place of the original.  Keep copies of the original image files.  Perhaps I'm missing something.  For text look for the in the include folder for language files.  Converting those should take of things.

Hi Sirene,
   Is this the line you are amending in modifyProduct ? If so, changing the word "Save" will not have any impact on the functionality. I think there must be another edit elsewhere causing the problem.
