We are using v4.0 for one of our two websites and I should be able to select " Allow customers to ship orders to an address other that the billing address" under Shipping/Shipping Settings, but I don't see it anywhere. It is mentioned under the ProductCart Encyclopedia but I can't seem to find it. Am I looking in the wrong place? I am missing it for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That setting was discontinued in v4. We have updated the wiki to reflect the http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/productcart/shipping-general_settings#allow_customers_to_ship_orders_to_an_address_other_than_the_billing_address - new settings .
