Product cart the fname and lname is revered

Have a problem...in product cart the fname and lname is syncing with quicks as lname and fname.

 
So if u enter JOHN SMITH in Cart... when exported to Quickbooks is shows Smith John
 
Where do i find to fix this
 
I did notice... in the MAPPING CUSTOMERS THE ORDER OF THE DATA IS
 
Email Lastname Firstname Company

where do i do a support ticket... also... about this... i think it is on the quickbooks side... i am new to this for client and now reazlie they did alot of this on their computer in quickbooks... i think they mapped in their quickbooks this in reverse... i will do as you said... help me pls

one more question.... this cart is using ASP (THE OLD ASP) OR IS IT THE NEW .NET ASP?
