My client does not want the sku showing on the product details page so I have changed the display settings, but the sku's are showing up anyway. Global changes doesn't have the ability to set all the products to "Hide SKU on product details page" - any suggestions?

In ProductCart v4 the Global Changes feature does have that feature. It allows you to set and unset "Hide SKU on Product Details page".
