I am trying to test my cart...I believe I have all of my shipping set up correctly - USPS account, etc.  But, I'm getting this message when I try to check out:
 
No shipping rates were returned for your order. The shipping provider's server may be unavailable at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact the store administrator.
 
Any ideas???

You have to get USPS to move your account to production.  Best to call and discuss with them - seems to go faster than e-mail.

My site is not pulling in the USPS rates either.  I just have the bare-bones ProductCart 4.1 installed, with very little modification (only to some graphics, no code).  Plugged in the web tools user id, called USPS several times to make sure the account is in production -- they say it should be working.  Removed/re-added the shipping settings, still nothing.  I'm at my wits end with this!
 
Any ideas would be welcome!

Based on past experience, it's likely a case of your USPS account not REALLY being placed in Production mode. There are have been several other customers that were told that their account was 'live', only to find out later that is wasn't. Still, here are some other possibilities to check on:

Make sure to enter correct product weights on all of your products. USPS won't be able to return shipping rates without them.

I made sure that weights were added, but still no luck.
