I pay for the yearly support ticket plan. I've submitted a few tickets. I recently submitted one, but my account still says I've submitted zero tickets. When submitting a ticket, I'm emailed a simple confirmation, but the email does not copy my ticket. Unless I copy paste all tickets and file on my computer, there's no way for me to review my original ticket.
