Hi everyone,

I'm a new user of Product Cart, and all in all I'm quite happy with everything it offers.  What I was looking for, that I think Product Cart could use, is an app that helps increase sales while saving customers with larger ticket orders some money.

Here is an example.

I sell skin care products, and I would like to give a discount to people who spend, say, $500 for example.  For instance, I'd like to give them 15% off their order if they reach this level of spending.  Does anyone else see a need for this?

Have you experimented with coupons?

Yes, of course, I use coupons frequently, but that wasn't really my inquiry.

But that feature allows you to offer a discount based on a total order amount.  You could even set it up to be applied automatically, so the shopper doesn't need to take an action.   Why not do that?  What would differ in what you are looking for?

Oh, I think I see what you are asking for.  You want to offer that discount after cumulative sales have passed a certain level.  Correct?

The only built in option ProductCart has that appears to come close to what you are asking is reward points because they build up cumulatively. You can call them whatever you like and apply any value you like to them.
