I am updating my site using css, but run into problems with the layout.

Can anyone with css knowledge please look at my site at http://www.summerrainsperfume.com - http://www.summerrainsperfume.com and perhaps tell me why the right navigation bar is falling under the content added by powercart? My PC version is 2.76.
