Hi:
My store is using  PayPal PayFlow Pro for all the Credit Card Payment transactions.  The CC processing was working absolutely fine, but since yesterday we are having issue with processing credit card payments from the site.
After entering the credit card number and other details, and hitting on Place Order button, it gives an error message, the message is ERROR 1: User Authentication Failed.
 
I am not sure what the issue is?  Is some one facing the similar problem since yesterday or has someone faced this problem in past?
 
Any information is highly appreciated.

It sounds like something must have changed on the PayPal side. Maybe a password expiration policy that made the password expire? Definitely contact your PayPal Payflow Pro account manager and inquire about it.

BTW: whenever a problem appears all of a sudden, and no changes were made on the software, then you can pretty much rule out an issue on the ProductCart side.
