I would like to take my customers back to the last item they were looking at before they added an item to cart. How would I do that?

Settings, store settings, misc tab, activate "stay on page" (this is a feature I authored for v3 and provided to EI as a permanent part of PC v4 and forward).

You can also use a back button/link and use javascript to send them back to the previous page.
