OK, silly question... I just got a dedicated server and am learning my way around it. I'm seeing all sorts of folders I never got to play with when I was just the webmaster.

When you say upload the productcart folder (from within the Parent Paths Enabled folder) to the root, which root do you mean?

http://www.mywebsite.com/ (which would be httpdocs)
or above that (at the same level as httpdocs and httpsdocs)?

Probably at your first choice from the sound of things. I'd suggest you just place a single test HTML file at that level first so that you can browse to it as http://www.mywebsite.com/test.html - http://www.mywebsite.com/test.html to make sure it works. If that flies, then upload PC.
