Hi, Got a return back in the mail yesterday. The customer did not request a RMA number. I looked in the control panel to return the item but could not find a way to credit the money back because a RMA was not generated. Is there a way to do give a partial refund without a RMA number ? Dave |

Hi,
Anyone have an answer to this? What is the best way to handle a return that gets sent back directly without an RMA other than sending the item back to the customer and having them initiate an RMA
