What is the quick way for me
to sort out or find items that are not assigned to a brand? I ask this on behalf of a storeowner, but I can not find a answer for him.

Hi,
Reports > Custom Data Exports > Advanced Product Export
You only need to check te boxes for the fields you need, in this case probably just SKU,Name and Brand Information.

Hi Hamish,
Thank you for the response. In this particular situation, the client has several products (around 100) that do not have a brand associated with them. What he would like to do is narrow down those specific products so he can start assigning brand associations, but would like do to so within the store control panel. Is this possible, or does he need to manually assign a brand either through the spreadsheet or control panel?

Hi,
He can do either. Once the spreadsheet is exported it is easy to identify the products without brands and the brand values for those that do.
He can then either :-
- Update the products via the control panel.
- Add brand values to the brand column & then re-import the spreadsheet.
