I was wondering if there is a way to map the information that we collect as "special fields" on the check in/check out page onto the Invoice/Packing slip? Kind of where the customer comments or administration comments would go.

Yes, but it would involve some custom coding. The bigger issue is that
the custom fields are linked to the customer, not the order, so they
would stay the same on every order until the customer changed it &
if they order twice in quick succession the details would be "changed" on
the first order as well.

I haven not heard back from them on what they want to do. You said it was custom coding. Do you do that? Or know of somebody that does?
