Hello,

I uploaded the sp2 files in the server but I still see "sp1" on the top right corner of the control panel. What is causing the problem?

Insuffient file permissions will prevent the version number from being updated. Please check your control panel troubleshooting utility in the permissions section.

I checked the permission but it was checked. Is there any other possibilities?

Sorry, I found a problem. I was uploading the files to a wrong server. Thank you for your help.
