We have applied the security updates as suggested by Early Impact, and everything except connecting to QuickBooks is working. This is what I have done based on what was suggested in the instructions:

"If you are using the ProductCart Synchronizer for QuickBooks, you will also need to update the SQL password in the he web.config file located in the QuickBooks directory."

I did this, along with changing the MS SQL username and password, changed the pcadmin directory to a different name, changed the username and password for the ProductCart Control Panel, and the username and password to access the Windows server. All of these things were suggested as part of the security update.

Please open a ticket. We can help you with this.  You do not need to open a QB ticket, just a regular ticket will be OK.
