Received an order today that came in at 4 lbs. 8 oz., yet the customer was able to choose USPS First Class International shipping.

The weight limit on First Class International is 4 lbs (or 48 oz).....

Any thoughts on what went wrong?

It's an issue I've never seen come up before.
