Hi all I am trying to put a like button into my product cart website and have a problem wondering if anyone has a work around or solution.
we tried to follow the instructions here:\/
http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/how_to/add_facebook_like_button_ecommerce_store
and we got to this part:\/

Step 1: Create an Application to get an APP ID

The JavaScript SDK requires that you submit an application ID to Facebook. Don't worry, this only takes a few seconds:

  • Load this page: http://developers.facebook.com/setup/" rel="nofollow - http://developers.facebook.com/setup/
***I clicked on the above link and I get this error message on this page below:\/

https://developers.facebook.com/setup/" rel="nofollow - https://developers.facebook.com/setup/
You can no longer create apps because our systems indicated that your account may not be authentic. Facebook requires users to provide their real first and last names, and fake accounts are a violation of our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (SRR 4.1), even when used to host or test apps. Also note that maintaining multiple accounts, even if they are authentic, is also prohibited. If you would like to create a test user to test app functionality, you can do so here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/test_users/.
If you believe you have received this message in error, please submit an appeal: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact_us.php?id=140703502680919.
***********
I got it to load into my header but it is very buggy.... especially in Firefox which amazes me the most, it loads for a second and then disappears... it works OK in
I have researched this and there are lots of people that have this same problem...
I am just wondering if anyone here has a solution :)
