We would like to turn this off for now as it drives us crazy!!!!
it is the:

Customer Service Message

We loaded back into the shopping cart items that you had added during your last visit, so you don't have to look for them again.



When the customer has items in their shopping cart and comes back to Betties, and then goes to the individual product page (I think), they get the following message:
"We loaded back into the shopping cart items that you had added during your last visit, so you don't have to look for them again"
We want to turn off this "Cart Help Message" also known as Global Message Dialogue. is that possible? we looked in wiki and forums and can't find a way to do it. there are no hits for Global Message Dialogue

turn off "Restore saved shopping cart on next visit:" on the miscellaneous settings under store settings.

Ok so my BAD!!!

The client wants to keep the option where the cart remembers the customer and remembers what is in their cart. 

Instead of turning that off, what the client really wants is to turn off the ""Customer Service Message"" POPUP!!!!!!!!  They think this pop up is annoying and unnecessary.

Nothing else!!!
any guidance/info on how to just turn off the pop up message (but keep the cart memory)?
