If you look at my code the link is correct:

But........ If you click on the link in my header or footer it loads a CART webpage???????

I have never worked in a shopping cart environment before so I have never seen this before???

WoooHooooooooooo I just figured out was was wrong!!!!!!!!!!
you have to prefix a URL with.......... HTTP://
Amazing how simple code can be when you figure out the fix!!!!
