Hello,

We have had ProductCart for a while now, and the Apparel plugin has worked flawlessly until now. However, we have just recently found that our subproduct images have not been working properly. Essentially, the subproduct images (colors mainly) do not load when the subproduct is selected (clicking the thumbnails or selecting an option).

We did contact our hosting provider and did query them as to whether they had changed servers or changed any of the software on their side. The said that they hadn't, and thought that recycling our app pool might solve the problem. This did not solve the problem either.

Any ideas on how to solve the problem?

And the obvious question... What's changed, if anything, since you last know it was working? Particularly, any updates to the header or footer!

Hi Peace - I think you will need to submit a support ticket and get EI the information to log in to the store.  I've looked at your link, agree that things are not operating as one might expect (assuming data is configured correctly), but without getting into the admin and examining the product it's not likely going to be possible to resolve this. Without logging in, all we can do is guess.
