my header foother rollovers don't work-? any ideas why?

they work on the template page I made in my web editor?
but when I uploaded the header, footer and opened product cart they no longer show up???? Cry

Also, it looks like you have many errors on your page regarding your javascript files. SOme of the location even use a file reference instead of one that is parsed by the page to be used. Here is an example of your code:
