Right now we are in our testing phase for our new site. I'm not sure if anyone can answer this or understand this. I work mainly on design and content.

From Authorize.NET, which changes and where would we need to make to get the AVS response, CCID response and the response from Cardinal Commerce on the invoice and packing slip printouts?

I missed this last week.

These data are not stored by ProductCart, so they couldn't be retrieved.

If you are interested, PM me and we can work up a customization for you. We have done this for a custom gateway integration we've worked up for ProductCart.
