My store is no longer updating inventory and some items have been reset to "0" items, and I can't add any inventory to existing products.

I just recently updated the store, which seemed to go fine and nothing shows up in the Update Page as critical.

Details:

version 4.6a Service Pack 0 PPD

with apparel add-on

settings, store settings, Order & Customer Related

Check this setting:

Allow customers to purchase out of stock items (disables ALL inventory features):
