Hello,

has anybody moved Useful Links from the left side to the right side of their site? I have also removed Browse By Price as it does not apply to me. Would like to place Useful links opposite Browse By Category where the Browse By Price use to be to make the page symmetrical. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

LT

Hi LT,

This is very simple to do.

In header.asp, simply find the following div:
<div id="pcMainArea-LINKS">
...
</div>

Cut the entire contents of that div, and paste it right below the following opening div tag:
<div id="pcMainArea-RIGHT">

The main thing to keep in mind is that your left column is within the pcMainArea-LEFT div and your right column is within the pcMainArea-RIGHT div.

Hello, i tried that a few times with and without Browse By Price removed and everything moves to the left side. When Browse By Price is there , cutting and pasting as you suggested moves everything to the left side. If I use inspect elements it shows it under the right side. There must be more to it to make the change that we are missing. Any more thoughts on this??

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

LT

Hi, can you share a link to the page - with the div moved across ?

Hi LT,

The markup (HTML) part of it is as I described. I suspect a CSS issue in the mix as well. See, for example,  http://pc46a-wms-net.3060.wmsmerchantservices.com/store/pc/home.asp" rel="nofollow - http://pc46a-wms-net.3060.wmsmerchantservices.com/store/pc/home.asp

As Hamish requested, please send us a link, and we'll be able to spot it quickly.

Thank you very much gentlemen, with the link to compare to I realized it was just sloppy editing. Once done correctly the fields move where they should. I have a long way to go before I can launch my site so I am sure I will need your insight again.

Thanks again!!

LT
