I'm trying to Apply a BTO configuration to another product.
When I select a BTO, click "Configuration" and then click "Apply BTO Configuration to another BTO Products", I get:

Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a03ea'

Syntax error

/includes/utilities/stringbuilder.asp, line 6

Class StringBuilder

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the StringBuilder.asp file.
Line 6 = "Class StringBuilder", which is valid as far as I know.

Maybe the problem is how the class is being used?
Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas?

I've tried it on our two websites (separate Product Cart Stores/Licenses)
and I get the same error on both, regardless of the BTO product I'm trying to copy from.

Thanks!

This is probably going to require you submit a support request so that someone at EI can look at the issue closely.  Is the code altered at all?

Hi, As Greg suggested, please submit a support ticket, specifying a product which this occurs for.

Actually, this just recently came up with another customer, so we have posted a patch in the "Just In" section of our Support Page that should address the issue:

If not, please open a support ticket and we can look into it further.
