When adding a new shipping option, we would like to set up shipping cost based on percentage of order amount (which I know you can do in pc). Question is.... can you set up a minimum shipping $ amount so all orders pay a minimum shipping price like $10 or whatever. Thanks!!

I don't see a way to do this, but it would be a simple modification to the code to handle it.
