Do you have FTP access?

By default the URL would be mydomain/productcart/pcadmin, but if recommended protocol were employed when the site was installed, both of those sub-directories would have been renamed to something else. If you FTP into the site, you should be able to figure out which of the sub-directories is your control panel.

Hi,  connect to your site via FTP. I suspec you have renamed the pcadmin folder - hopefuly you have anyway. You will probably recognise it at that point, if not then it is the one which contains AdminHeader.asp.  You sould then be able to work out the correct url (you just need to put the address of that folder and it will take you to the login page.) p.s. To aid the security of your site please do not publish the folder name here when you find it :-)

You should probably bookmark it too once you do figure it out. Also you might consider the following.... text message it to yourself, email it to yourself, write it down on a stickynote and attach it to your monitor.
