Hello,

For some reason, I'm not getting any emails when someone sends a message using the contact form.

Could someone give me some advice as to where I could start troubleshooting this issue?

An issue like this take some experience to troubleshoot, though it shouldn't be challenging for a skilled programmer. It would be too difficult to give you a DIY on it.

Submit a ticket to EI. They'll be able to figure it out pretty easily, I'm sure.
