Has anyone written a customization for showing prices below Minimum Advertised Price?

Some manufactures restrict distributors from advertising items below a certain Minimum Advertised Price, usually around 80% of the list price.

Usually you display the list price, and the minimum advertised price.  To see the lower price, the customer has to add it to the cart, or click on link which takes you to a popup window.

Thanks in advance,
Judy

Hi Judy,

This is relatively easy to customize. The add to cart method is not so good; however, displaying the online price (purchase price) either through a modal box with onclick event or only when customer is logged in are very viable. One could utilize the "Cost" price field for MAP in either case.
