Has anyone ever had a problem with not being able to process orders that were paid for with PayPal? I get a pop-up message when I go to "process", it says "Please enter a value for this field". 
There's no way I can find to fix this, and I don't know why it happens, it seems to be completely random and only happens with some orders, once in awhile.

I've tried re-setting the status, that does not work. 

If you've seen this issue before, could you please share with me how you solved it?

Hi, from memory I think this occurs when a field is not marked as required in the checkout, but is required by the code in the admin pages. I believe the last couple of times I saw this it was a phone number. Also from memory I think it places the cursor to the problematic field, but doesn't actually highligh it in any way. I have not seen this issue for quite a long time, so I believe an upgrade will fix it.  HTH Hamish

I'm pretty sure it's from the phone number missing.
