In order for the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code window to show up, do cookies or pop-ups have to be enabled/allowed? From time to time we receive calls from customers with an error code 3 when using their credit card. We have come to find that these are always MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa customers. They tell us the window for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode does not come up.
