We are receiving a number of phone calls with people saying they cannot checkout when using IE 10.  On our test account, if we use a downloaded IE 10 without changing any settings, we are unable to log into our account or complete an order as guest.  Once our site is added as a "Trusted Site" we are able to log into our account but not complete an order - it keeps refreshing the current page and not moving forward in the checkout process.  Has anyone else encountered this and how do we fix it?

We are having the same issue with IE 10, and sometimes with other browsers.  We suspect that it has something to do with "Do Not Track" which is a browser plugin that disables all "cookies."  We also think a possible work around is to add: <!doctype html> above the <html> tag in the header.asp file.

We tried this and haven't had any luck, but let me know if you get different results
