I just inherited work on a store that was setup to charge wholesale customers shipping but no shipping to retail customers. However, one day *POOF* now it doesn't charge shipping to anyone. On March 8th, one wholesale customer paid shipping, then the next wholesale customer didn't...and no one after that point.

This also occurred on a Saturday when no one would have been on ProductCart to even accidentally change things. I'm really frustrated by this, especially since the company says things were working fine for years.

It's version 2.7.6, by the way. Thanks for any input.
