Can I upload my v4.7 Quickbooks directory to my v5.0 ProductCart? Or do I have to buy the v5.0 Quickbooks because of incompatibility?

After you upgrade to v5 click "Check for Updates" in your control panel and you will be offered an upgrade for QB.

So I uploaded Quickbooks from my v47 productcart to my v5.01 (because quickbooks wasn't included in 5.0)

I went to the Help Center in my control panel and clicked Check for Updates, it said no available updates found. Again I have my v47 Quickbooks directory uploaded to my 5.01 storefront, is there some other process I must go through in order to update my Quickbooks?

Hi Gregg,

If you open up a support ticket under the account that was used to originally purchase the QuickBooks Synchronizer, we can make arrangements to send you a separate link for the updated files that are compatible with ProductCart v5.
