So when the Rate It button for the product is clicked it opens a popup window of the page that submits reviews. I enter all the information and I'm sure I'm entering the CAPTCHA correctly, but I still receive this:
"Your attempt was denied because of security reasons. Please contact the store administrator for more information."

SO I went to the page directly prv_postreview.asp?IDPRoduct=6643&rate=
and I reentered the information and it worked, so for what reason could it not be working for the popup version?

Just perfect.  I was getting the same problem on contact.asp, and was directed to change the link to that page to HTTPS.  I recommend you submit a support request.  My guess is that the code will have to be altered for that reviews popup to be HTTPS so that we don't have to run the entire site in that mode.

Yes, I did send in a ticket and the issue was resolved

The file was not sent to me but the file that they changed was prv_postreviewB.asp
