Hello,

We're running some test orders and the order notification email sent to the customer isn't sending the dynamic field.

"Dear <CUSTOMER_NAME>

Thank you for shopping at <COMPANY>.

We received your order on <TODAY_DATE>. Your order number is <ORDER_ID>."

I hadn't changed any of these settings until no. I tried chaning to CONTS" but still no luck.

Any ideas?

It's going to require someone to FTP into the site and figure out what's wrong.  Might I suggest submitting a support request?
