I'm looking at using productcart as the shopping cart for our store. We
currently use the USPS for all shipping. Can I print shipping labels for the
USPS with this software?

Unfortunately not yet. We will be adding this feature later this year, but right now you can only print shipping labels from the ProductCart Control Panel if you are using UPS and/or FedEx.
