How can I remove the left navigation from the theme. I want the page to be the full width. I don't want the left area. When I hide in css, it still doesnt make the main content full width (1200px)

In addition, what is the main layout page. I know where the header and footer is, but where is the complete shell of the site?

Hi! You'll need to adjust any parent containers that have a fixed with as well.
