Hi, which file do I edit to change the content of the popup bubbles?

I assume you mean the ajax details bubble doohickey.

The answer isn't simple.. the functionality spans many files. You should get some good mileage from the ei-tooltip.css and xml_getPrdInfo.asp files, but I really couldn't give you much more info as I've not tackled customizing that portion yet. Perhaps in a couple weeks I could give you more concise info.
