Is there a way to display the Credit Card information for a customer on the invoice and on their order history page?
Right now, we use Authorize.net. When a customer uses credit card as a Payment Method, it shows on the invoice as: PAYMENT METHOD: Credit Card (Authorize.Net) Transaction ID: blablahblah Authorization Code: blahblah
Does the customer really need to know the Transaction ID and Auth Code? I would rather see the cart display the CC type used and last 4 digits of the card. That is more useful to the customer.
Not sure if I overlooked a setting in the Control Panel or something in the manual, but I cannot find how to implement this. Most carts show this type of information.

I totally agree with you. I personally have different credit cards and don't always remember which one I used when buying online. I lose interest in the company that does not send me the last 4 digits of the card I used with my order confirmation or invoice.
I presented this request to support and here is the response I received (I highly recommend you submit this as a request if we are ever going to see it in ProductCart) This would definitely give your company the credibility of being professional and consumer-minded:
"Currently, if the payment gateway is setup for Sale or Capture when the order is
placed, even the last 4 digits of the credit card number are not saved to the
database (since the transaction is completely turned over to the payment
gateway, ProductCart doesn't know any of the credit card digits).
Although your
suggestion makes sense, no other customers have ever reported it as a problem
and it is unfortunately not something that will be changed in the near
future."
