I think I know the answer to this, but in case I am missing something:

We want to offer free UPS Ground Shipping to the lower 48 states, but not Alaska or Hawaii. I cannot find a way to exlude these two states from "free shipping" and yet allow them to have shipping calculated per normal.

Anyone have ideas here?

Just bought PC, so excuse me if it does not work, but AK, HI, PR (Puerto Rico), VI need to be shipped by Air. I think Fedex now has a rate called "International Ground" (Funny huh!!), but it would be a different rate structure, so would it be correct to say that it is not possible for these states/commonwealths to even get free shipping as the option would not be available to them at the shipping form? Right?

I believe since January 07 that UPS will ship Ground "Rate" to Hawaii and Alaska.
