Products assigned to a BTO product

   Hi,

I have a BTO product that allows a customer to add (by checkbox) a regular product (not BTO item) if they wish.  The selected product has been set up as a stock controlled item and a drop shipped item.  The stock control and drop ship functionality works fine on the regular product in isolation but when the BTO product is ordered the item is still available to order when it is out of stock and the drop ship email is not sent.

Is this a limitation in Productcart or am I doing something wrong.
