Promotions by Date

   One thing we use the promotions feature for is to handle instant rebates. Unfortunately there is no way to specify a date range it is good for so we have to constantly manually enable and disable them.
It would be nice if the promotions could be automatically handled based on a starting and ending date rather than just active or inactive.
